Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. General Terms

  1. Please be polite and respectful.

  2. Please provide either visual references or detailed descriptions.

  3. Any ill behaviour towards me will not be tolerated. Your commission will be cancelled, should that be the case!

  4. I have the right to decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.

II. Payment

  1. Commissions must all be fully paid upfront (Slot reservations possible for a limited amount of time).

  2. Payment through Paypal (or Kofi) only!

III. Process

  1. I will show you Work in Progress (WIPs) pictures to make sure that you like what you're getting! :)

  2. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on several factors, such as: health, order of commission, complexity, real life issues. However, you will be notified asap should your commission take longer than expected!

IV. Customer Satisfaction

  1. I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished, I will only make small changes, if needed.

  2. Any bigger/more time-consuming changes will come with an extra charge.

  3. To avoid this, please make sure to be clear what you want the piece to look like when you order it!

V. Copyright & Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

1. Promote myself with the piece.
2. Display it anywhere to my liking.
3. Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to:

1. Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
2. Post the artwork, but only with credit.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

  1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially ( = making money of it in any way).

  2. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

  3. Removing any watermarks/signatures.

  4. Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

VI. Cancelling & Refunding Policy

  1. I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

  2. No refunds after I have started to work on the commission.

  3. The commissioner may ask for a refund when the commission has not been worked on yet!
